Thanks to your donations, we are able to finance 70 projects on average each year in about 30 countries. The amounts distributed to the various projects range from CHF 1’000 to CHF 90’000.
All donations are welcome and contribute to the sustainability of our various projects. As our founder, Armand Marquiset used to say: "Each gesture seems like only a drop in the ocean, but, without each drop, there would be no ocean..."

ZEWO is a Swiss accrediting service specializing in the accreditation of public interest organizations that raise funds for charitable causes. Its seat is in Zurich and was founded in 1934 as an information service. Five years later, ZEWO introduced a certificate of approval delivered to institutions which meet their strict criteria. This seal guarantees the integrity of fund raising organizations approved by them. ZEWO is a founding member of the International Committee on Fund Raising Organizations ICFO. It is therefore in close contact with fellow member organizations worldwide.
The Geneva Federation for Cooperation and Development (GFCD) was founded in 1966 and has grown to become the umbrella organization of 51 Geneva-based local associations. As well as serving as the logo for the GFCD, their stamp serves as a seal of approval by the Federation for development projects which have received their support. A project accredited by the GFCD is authorized to seek funding from donors. Projects approved and accredited have passed the GFCD’s project screening process. They are focused on activities that respond to real needs and use appropriate technology, local know-how and resources. Empowerment is also essential if local populations are to bring about change in their social, economic and cultural living conditions.
