In target villages, improvement of Community health, especially for children, improvement of hygiene and sensitising to the environment. 

The aims are to decrease infant mortality and to encourage family planning, to provide care at reduced cost and to develop traditional plant medicines with the help of locals healer, to provide medical follow-up to villages thanks to regular doctors' visits and training of health agents in the villages.
