The drought which affects the area has created unemployment for the landless in the field of agriculture.  This program proposes a professional training for young women between 16 to 19 in the sectors of restaurant and hotel trade, nursing, sawing and embroidery, data processing. At the end of the training, the women will receive diplomas recognized by the Indian government.  Duration of the program 3 years.
