Health Education and establishment of a small dispensary on a large island of the delta in Sunderbans of the Bay of Bengal - 2 nurses in residence and a doctor coming 2 days every two weeks.  The inhabitants are very poor and isolated.  Education will focus especially on maternal and infantile hygiene and the training of midwives.  Component included to educate young couples on family planning AIDS, MST, abortion, midwife training, etc.
