This program is to encourage and help people settle back in rural areas, which they have often left because life was no longer sustainable there.

However, some have no desire or capacity to readjust to rural life. For these, the local NGO provides professional training in manual crafts. The project finances the construction of the training centre, which opened in 2004. In the first year, 63 trainees will have completed their training.
