Creation of a nursery school in each village and a six month education of teachers. Besides the children care, the aim of this program is for the teachers to earn more money, to bring a little more than the basic salary to their families and to have a better social status.

2006 budget: 22'000 CHF. The project is supported by the Comite de Genève.
