FdnF finances approximately 70 projects per year in 30 different countries. These programs are in the areas of: - Health: Tuberculosis prevention and treatment, family planning, AIDS information and prevention, mother and child healthcare, training of field doctor, etc. - Education and professional training: nursery schools and teacher training, primary and secondary level reinsertion courses, income generating professional training classes, etc. - Hydraulic: watershed projects, irrigation, well digging, etc. - Agriculture: small farmer training, nurseries, market gardening, cattle rearing, etc. - Micro-credits: different programs. Our projects are either: - supervised by a European partner organization (see Northern partner list) who have expatriates working at the project site and who are responsible for the program evaluation - run by a local agency (see Southern partner list) selected and evaluated by FdnF.
